Dolling’s Appliance and Refrigeration firmly believes that it is in the best interest of customers to be informed and educated before scheduling a service call with a company. “Free Estimate with Repair” is misleading. In most cases, customers will be charged for the first call through increased labor costs. Be careful.
FACTORY SERVICE
Always make sure the company you’re calling is “Factory Service” authorized by the manufacturer to work on their products. Although some companies have “Factory Service” in their advertising, customers need to confirm this when calling a company. Why? The company will come to your home and then determine that your appliance is under warranty and tell you to call an authorized repair company. However, you will need to pay their diagnostic fee and service call. If your appliance is under warranty, call a company that is authorized.

Our service technicians have been thoroughly vetted and are factory trained by the manufacturers. They are trained on error codes, the latest diagnostic procedures and more. Technicians are provided with service update bulletins and actual access to the technical assistance from the manufacturer, which is only accessible to a factory service companies. With this expertise, customers are guaranteed their major appliance is going to be repaired quickly and professionally.
